From your pictures you look like you have yellow undertones but if you're not sure on which undertone you could always go to neutrals but youseem like you have yellow undertones :)

Your undertone is yellow- most foundations come with yellow or pink undertones.
Few brands have a neutral beige tone, it's most likely a yellow toned foundation that you have

Sometimes it's hard to tell through picture but you seem to have yellow undertones. I myself have neutral and slightly yellow. I can wear NC25 in mac, w5 in loreal true match, and medium 54 in kat von d. These are perfect matches for me.

You don't match the redness of your skin you match the undertone- having rosacea and wearing a pink toned foundation would only emphasize the redness-
For years I was matched as an nw when in reality I have yellow undertones- the wrong match will look wrong, if you're yellow it doesn't matter about redness or blemishes the foundation, Concealer and powder should be yellow as well.
On that note, I'm in love with the lock it tattoo, if you can't swatch they product on your face to match try your inner wrist since it's the closest color to your face
