How do I take off waterproof mascara?!

Oil based makeup remover will help dissolve it, so that you're not scrubbing your eyes too hard with a makeup wipe. I recommend applying the remover to a cotton ball, and place it on your eye for about 30 seconds, then wipe it off. It should help break down the mascara so it's not too difficult to remove.
