You can look online, they have it on the website. I think the age is 16 or 18, but unfortunately they also look for at least two years' retail experience for most of their jobs. I'm so sorry no one answered before! Also the discount is 40% off of all Sephora brand products, and 20% off of non-Sephora brand products :)

Sephora hiring age is 18 but inside JCPenney you can be as young as 16. experience is definitely preferred but you'll get plenty of training no matter what. there are different positions within the sales team too and of course support and education depending on your experience. for what they look for, you need to be client oriented. you can be amazing artist and in love with makeup but if you aren't focussed on your client and if you can't sell then they have no use for you. professionalism and people skills are really important as well as product knowledge or at least the ability to learn and memorize things. good luck!
