I think you neeed to work on a few things. I think te first thing is evening your eyebrows making them at least the same shape if not the same length. Also, try not to let your eyeshadow crease. Lastly, if you wanna do the smokey lip thing you really need to blend a lot more. I hope I help.

The left eyebrow looks more natural than the right one. I would definitely try to even those up a bit. & keep working on your gradient effect for the lips, it's a nice start though :)
