While an amazing primer It isn't meant to help with oil, if you want oil control pair it with something else.

Then what the others primeres do? I am having a primer by flormar. I bought that for oil control but it doesn't hav any effect on my oil..

Nope, you can try pairing it with Milk of magnesia like lots of girlies do ☺

It won't make you more oily but there are better mattifying primers. I'd use the Becca ever matte pore less primer or prep and prime by mac.
