I had my hair a little longer than urs and was in the same dilemma, I cut it!! I got a pixie cut that looks very cute, But to be honest with you, I wished I hadn't cut it that short maybe go with a cut bob, long in the front and if by then you still want to cut it then go for it after, but once you do it there's no go back ;)
