Dermasil is great and over the counter,contains rose oil which is great for soothing skin.Or try Egyptian Magic cream(whole foods or online)

try the avene range, the cleanance cleanser will help with the acne side of it and the skin recovery cream will help to soothe and keep the eczema under control. the thermal spa water which can be used as a toner is a winner.
