Is this the coconut butter where people use it for many different things, for skin, food etc, its white/cream inside.

The one you have is pure coco butter I have the same thing. only use it on areas on your body that are pretty dry or if you have stretch marks. I enjoy it but what you need is coconut OIL not butter. so don't use this for anything else but skin lol.

Pure cocoa butter is usually in a stick form as this -->
the other "cocoa butters" are mixed down with other ingredients and are not as effective.

"Coconut oil" is totally different. coconut oil is derived from coconuts and cocoa butter is derived from the cocoa bean. Both have great benefits.
