Hey guys I need some tips or advice for my hair, I have 2c-3a curly hair. I use Organix hydrating Macadamia oil shampoo and conditioner since September I believe. For the past few months I've had no problems, but recently my hair has been very dry, shedding more and more frizzy. Could it be my shampoo/conditioner? Anyone know any good inexpensive sulfate free shampoo and conditioner?

I think loreal makes some sulfate free shampoo conditioner. That's the only one coming to my mind now. I would advice if your hair is shedding and dry then try using hot oil treatment once a week. heat up oil like virgin olive oil or Almond oil and mix some castor oil. heat on low same as lukewarm. apply nicely to strands and scalp. This will nourish your hair strands well. You can put a shower cap as well and leave for 30 mins. then rinse. The other thing you can do is that try using some light weight hair serums from drugstores. that can tame frizz. you might want to consider adding biotin vitamin for healthier hair since biotin helps nourish hair, nails, skin very well.
