Try pro long wear blush from MAC, and using a primer and foundation helps too

Urban decay has sprays that are good, but I heard Mac has one that works very well. It's called fix+, you could spray it before and after applying blush and it should help :)

Actually, MAC Fix+ Is NOT a setting spray - it's more of a hydrator. All that it's in it is glycerine & water. It actually holds in moisture rather than keeping it away.
But I agree with Ivelisse, using a cream blush them a powder blush will hopefully keep your blush on for a LONG time. Once the powder fades, the base should most likely still be there! It's quite fool proof. =]

Fix+ can be used as a setting spray...

There is nothing 'setting' about it though. Glycerin holds onto moisture on your skin, bringing moisture in rather than getting rid of it. Using it as a spray to actually set your makeup wont benefit you - it'd leave a nice dewy/natural finish, but that's about it.
