Honestly it looks like her hair has gel almost in it or something. Like my hair gets like that and I'm white after I shower and put some mousse or just a styling product to hold it.

That depends on your race. If you are african American with a relaxer, then that is how our hair looks when it's freshly washed, still wet and detangled. Notice at the bottom it says "25 week stretch" that means she hasn't had a relaxer in 25 weeks and she is transitioning from relaxed to natural. She's just showing the growth. That's not a hairstyle lol.
