Hey ladies!! I am five feet and half an inch. I have grown half an inch since fifth grade. I happen to be in 9th. I was wondering what you short girls struggle with?! I have to hunt for pants that don't have awkward floofs at the end even though they are supposed to be skinny jeans. I also struggle with dress length and dress pant lengths too. What are your short girl problems?

Hey Isabel! I'm only 4 ft 10. There's nothing harder than finding the perfect pair of jeans for me! Shorts are often quite long on me, and the really short 'hotpants' go weird and baggy on me! And I LOVE midi skirts, but they always reach to just above my ankle and look really awkward. And I've never found a maxi dress to fit my height, which sucks because maxi dresses are so cute :( also looking younger than I am, purely because of how short I am. But I prefer to think about all the good things about being small. Guys love small girls because we make them feel taller and more masculine, and people often compliment me on how 'cute', 'petite', 'feminine' or 'dainty' I am. Rock the short girl look! :)

I'm 5 '2 for me jeans and ankle boots since it is super small just a bit bigger then my wrist. And for me I hate being the shortest in my family my 13 yr old cousin it like 3 inches taller then me.

I'm 5'1 and it used to be hard for me to find pants cause they're always too long. Try going to jc pennys or Charlotte rusee. They have pants for short, medium and tall girls. You can also try shopping in the petite section.

Jeans are usually a problem I'm 18 and just about 5ft. Erm dresses tend to look weird because I dothey have long enough legs and things which are supposed to be long look dreadful. And I get taken the mick out of because my legs barely reach the floor when I'm sitting down x

I'm 5'9 as well Mercedes and it is impossible for me to find shoes I wish I was shorter just so that my feet would be smaller.

Okay, I don't know where you girls are from, but here in the Central Valley of California, for example, I am 5 foot 9 inches and my jean size is a 3L. which I believe is a 26 Long. we also have 3S and 3R for Short and Regular. My jeans sometimes bunch up at the bottom. Also, not all tall girls have big feet. I'm a size 7-8 (8 in boots). So for me, finding shoes isn't a problem. I still shop in the ladies section. Mostly juniors, sometimes women.

I can't wear "knee length" dresses because they end up looking super awkward and long on me, like I'm going to tea or something lol. & bootcut jeans are a no no, I just always wear skinny or straight :)

I'm not short I'm taller but I have a jean problem too! I'm in 9th grade also but 5'8". That's not actually that tall but all of my height is leg so it's soooo hard to find jeans long enough! I can only shop at stores that seek them specifically in 'long'. And that means I have a short torso and bathing suits look awkward😕

I'm 17, 4'10. Lol it's hard to find perfect fitting pants and I really wish I could do maxi dresses and skirts but they don't work for me 😔
But I've learned to accept it, I wouldn't want to be taller! :)

I wish I was 5"9!! I have prayed for more inches and my doctor told me I was done growing! It's nice to know that I'm not the only short girls who struggles with awkward fits!

I'm like you, Madeline... I'm not "short" but my legs certainly are! I'm 5'5" but "short" pants, pants from the petite section, or ankle length pants *sometimes* don't bunch up on me... I could probably still hem them a little =(
