I seem to wear more under eye concealer in winter, it really helps me look less tired and awake.

My favorite go to make up for the winter is dark lipstick by mac called cyber. And to help with your eyes, probably using a concealer a shade or two lighter will make them brighter. Using a white or nudish eyeliner in you water line works as well!!
