I was told this is the perfect product to get perfectly soft scrunched hair and straight also. Does it actually work? And does it actually leave your hair soft no matter what?

I haven't tried that but I do like the Sebastian drench shampoo & conditioner. Makes my hair soft and smooth. Maybe you could try a travel size first to see if you like it, ulta probably has some.
