I had mine sewn in and loved them. Had the same extensions for about 3-4 months in total. Didnt ruin my natural hair at all either, if anything it improved. If you search for 'malaysian weave' on youtube thats what I had.

Go with a sew in. Get virgin Brazilian, Peruvian, or Malaysian hair (it's all processed Indian) look at some reviews for hair companies, I personally buy overseas because I hate paying for overpriced hair from American vendors.

Go for sew in!! I had one for 2 months and it helped my hair underneath be protected from heat an it grew about an inch more than usual! Try to get virgin Indian for best quality but if you want to go for a cheaper set try Brazilian Remy. Avoid synthetic hair because you probably won't be able to put heat on it to style it. 💁

What if I have damaged hair? I do dye it at least every 2 weeks, would that might cause any issues?

Not 2 weeks I mean every 2 months lol but I do use bleach to do it.
