I wouldn't wear those shoes. I would wear a skinnier stiletto like amelia suggested, maybe silver or gold but not black.

I wouldn't suggest a stiletto at all, it's quite a retro dress, so pair it with some retro high heel laced boots! Also, try a chunky necklace to add style :)
