Thats good I'm glad your up and running again, I posted a thread a couple of days ago because when I updated my beautylish app I was having trouble with it cause it keep freezing and shutting down and it wouldnt let me post comments but thank god its working nw! I'd be lost with out BL now! Not a day goes by when I don't open this app to see what everyone is doing :)

I got the HauteCore black lippie from MAC, UD Naked 3, a UD lip liner, a UD eyeliner, The everything box from Julep with 12 polishes, a palette, mascara, eye primer, and a brush. 2 bare mineral sets, a Laura Geller set, Benefit lip lotto set, Stila set, and samples, and that isn't including the boxes coming tomorrow.

how do you feel about the haute core lippie.? is it rest matte.?.
and where did you get lip lotto? ulta? I looked online and didn't see it. I love the benefit lip bundles. I.always get the gloss.

I haven't tried the Haute Core lippie yet, I have never rocked a dark lippie so I'm a little intimidated. The lip lotto was an Ulta black Friday special so I went online at 8PM on Thanksgiving and ordered that stuff. Those are the first benefit lip products I have gotten, glad to hear you've had good experiences with them.

I feel you on that Kelly. I havent worn straigh blk myself. have you tried it on yet tho? since so many of the dark lipsticks I bough ended up fading into rose or plum I wanted something to blend it out darker. but I have blk berry lip liner by nyx. and pagen angel wet n wild fergie. but I really want something more matte. going to try occ lip tar if I don't like how haute couture looks when its avail to purchase after Xmas.
oh at lip lotto. I didn't kno it was blk Friday sale. I don't have those lipsticks those. the trio's I have were glosses. but so nice. two different types. one was more of a cream.. the spring set from early this yr was more gloss. nice color payoff. :-)

but definitely try it. you don't have to wear it out. I'd use it for ombre myself. don't b shy in your test with it. mess around with the glosses n other lipsticks you have. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you..

Tina, you are my beauty hero, don't be jelly, this was an easier year for me, just had to buy for my kids, all my family has been having really serious health problems and we decided to focus on kids and just spend time together, that is what the holidays are really about anyway. Thank you, for your inspiration and encouragement, whole not directed at me, it had meant a lot to me, been really tough times. I put grave blankets on my brothers graves the day before my daughters birthday and my dad has lung cancer, I'm not dealing well, the beauty thing is my escape for right now.

I think if you talk to any if these ladies we allll have a lot going on. I'm up at least 2hrs thru the night with my worries so I can relate.

my brother died when I was 18 (he was a lot older). its never easy. illness strikes all of us. we have to cherish family and the times we have and make memories while we are all here and keep the memories of those we've lost. Its never tho. I hope you can find a silver lining and cope better soon. everyone copes n their own way at their own time..
