Stay away from bread, pasta or anything like that! Almonds are EXTREMELY healthy so eat those as a snack or have celery

Eating bready foods and foods with high sugar in MODERATION. On the back of the food packaging, check the ingredients, the first three named are the three most used ingredients in that product/basically what youre eating. if the first three are any sort of dye or high.fructose corn syrup or sugar, its not worth it. Also cardio is very important, I'd start with a 20 minute jog every other day, then work your way up to 45, then 60. :)

Go to the gym a lot! or find an exercise routine that works for you, like maybe that's just working out, running, Zumba, yoga, ect. give your self a goal, so you're more motivated to achieve it. try to stay away from fatty and greasy foods, but don't completely cut them out. also drink tons and tons of water.

I forgot to add this in, yoga and pilates are a really fun way to get in shape! it doesn't even feel like you're doing anything to loose weight, plus it's really good for your body. you can always find classes that have these, or even download an app for it! good luck. x
