I agree, the second one :) the lens is reflecting the light from your phone or something in the first one.

I agree out of these two specific pictures the second one is better because of the reflection. However, I like the pose in the first picture more.

Agree with Haley 2nd is better quality but the 1st pose is cuter. Not saying the second is bad though.
