If you can afford it, it'd really recommend a Clarisonic. I use one for my oily skin and love it so I bought one for my mum who has very, very dry skin and it's really helped, her skin gets no flakes now and her moisturiser sinks in so much better.

BB or CC cream. Its light but it covers blemishes while it moisturizes your skin and has other benefits. It doesn't have as much coverage as foundation but it makes your skin glow ☺️
