Definitely ELF. I have tried every gel liner. Mac Fluidline is exactly what it says, fluid like. Glides on well, but isn't true to color. If I'm lining my eyes, I want an opaque gel/pencil/liquid etc. Fluidline isn't true black... Color is inconsistent. If you're worried about drugstore vs prestige, I would try LORAC. I wear gel liner almost everyday and my #1 is ELF

Another vote for the essence gel liner :) 5 times cheaper than my indoor liner and has the same staying power and intensity!

It's kind of pricey but I've been using Smashbox for a while and I'm really, really pleased with it. I wore it all day on Halloween and passed out in it, and it was still totally perfect the next morning.
