When it comes to eyebrows I usually just get them professionally done :p
it's so easy to over pluck & throw everything off. it's super cheap.. like $12-$18 usually.

If you want to get them done professionally I suggest threading, for some reason it looks WAY cleaner than waxing. Then afterwards you can use that shape to guide you and just pluck to clean up. Never pluck in a magnified mirror! And try not to have them too thin.

A good cheap eyebrow plucker that I use is the revlon one. It's like $2-3. Find your arch and pluck around there. For plucking I usually have to pluck at least twice a week, mine come back quickly. Don't get frustrated. Don't pluck too much at a time. Oh! Be sure to trim eyebrows. It'll reduce amount you have to pluck and it'll look cleaner. Good luck! I've never gotten mine professionally done, I'm too cheap.
