I have a lot of acne on my cheeks, because I literally bury my face into my pillow when I sleep. so I was wondering, if I got a silk pillowcase, would that help? I've heard silk pillowcases can help with acne.

If you don't want to have to wash your pillowcase every night, you could always put a towel or Tshirt over it

100 % cotton pillowcase. Soft and incredibly breathable. I change mine every other day.
