Some stuff can actually dry out your lips even more. You should definitely HYDRATE. Drink plenty of water. Also gently exfoliate then immediately moisturize them and use sunscreen.

Every night i use a sugar lip scrub from lush.. I have the pink bubblegum one which tastes AMAAZING! I then apply vaseline- pink bubbly (i think its limited edition atm) but any vaseline will do.. By the morning my lips feel so soft and if you do it regular you'll soon notice the difference! And i totally agree with Azure.s make sure you stay hydrated!! :)

Nothing works better than good ole Vaseline, in my opinion. My lips get extremely dry as well, & Vaseline is the only thing I've used with lasting results.

I have very, very dry lips due to allergies that occur on my lips. I use all nivea lip balms. My current favourite is the hudro care. i wear lip tints and they dry throughout the day but i dab alittle lip balm on and i'm good to go.

Aquaphor is the best thing for my dry lips. It's better than Vaseline for me! They sell it in little tubes and big jars :)

Take a toothbrush, wet it, and gently brush it against your lips until they tingle. After, spread a log of Carmex regular lip balm. It works wonders. It got rid of my dry lips in four days. Apply at night before bed, every time after you shower or wash your face, and then regularly throughout the day. You can find Carmex lip balm at any drugstore. I get mine at Walgreens. Hope this helped. Stay Beautiful.

You can make a lip scrub by mixing olive oil and sugar and putting it on your lip before you go to bed or after you wake up you can also put on honey since it has amazing healing qualities xD and like many ppl said use a toothbrush to remove the dead skin cells off your lips good luck!

I have used just about every lip balm there is over the years. Nothing works as well as Yes to Carrots brand lip balm, in my opinion. Nothing! I've tried Nivea, Chapstick, EOS, Carmex, Blisstex, Sugar Brand, Korres, Burt's Bees... The Yes to Carrots is the best! About $4 at Walgreens, not a bad price.

I use Carmex atm and have done for the past few years, does the job for me! Vaseline or Nivea just don't seem to sink properly into the skin. Also if you wanted to get the dead skin off you can either use a lip scrub or a soft toothbrush (I use a baby toothbrush for this, adult toothbrushes are way too firm)
