my lips are dry & Chapstick won't fix . when I wear lipstick you could really see it what can I use ?

Invest in a lip scrub you can find some online . This will help exfoliate your lips then invest in Vaseline . Chapstick is basically wax it has no moisturizing factors in it.

I would brush lips with a soft toothbrush and then use Carmex on them

Spray a bit of olive oil on your lips and let this stay for 10 minutes wash it off and you will be able to use lipstick without seeing the dry skin

Eos!!!!! Burt's Bees, Blistex, Vaseline, and Soft Lips will work wonders on your lips!

Chapstick actually has a drying agent it in. So does Carmex. 

I love Rosebud Salve or you could try Aquaphor :) Hope I helped

Your should exfoliate before you use lipstick. Vaseline and sugar wash it off pay dry and then moisturize before applying your lipstick

i use stuff which is also used for nipples when women breastfeed, or diaper rash etc. since it's safe for babies. it's called bepanthen but i live in Europe, but things like that are available everywhere. lip balms or even vaseline don't work for me either. vaseline sounds great, but it's greasy and does not sink into the skin/lips well in some cases it even dries out the skin more
