Vaseline is a MUST in all of my make up looks ! Let it soak into your lips before you use any other lip product (like while doing your foundation / eyes) and it'll be moisturized the whole day! Apply when needed :)

I use Vaseline and sugar, and lightly scrub with a toothbrush. It gets all the dead skin off right before applying lipstick. But during the night - Carmel, the liquid kind. Just make sure you keep it up there.

Exfoliate then Vaseline. Drink more water! Chapped lips are a sign of dehydration.

I know this may sound strange but a&d ointment is great for healing and protecting lips... alot of chapsticks have alcohol in them and that may be what's drying your lips out!!!!

Don't try the Revlon lip butters. They are creamy but when you have dry lips (like I do) they pretty much showcase it. It builds up in the cracks of your lips and looks so gross. However, I do recommend the Revlon balm stains. They have a nice natural looking color. Or try Nivea's A kiss of shine.

If all else fails, your doctor can prescribe you an ointment to help but of course, it should only be used as a last resort and even then, sparingly.

Make sure you're drinking lots of water. No matter what products you try and use, if there's no moisture there to begin with the products will go to waste.

I sometimes just use sugar and a tiny bit of olive oil! I just mix a small amount together then pucker my lips into the mixture. Then just run your lips against each other and wash it off! Apply some Chapstick afterwards and you're done! Hope this helped you!
