Dry skin means you need to exfoliate.

Carmex. You can find it at any cvs or drug store. Put it on your lips before you go to bed and they won't be chapped any more the next morning. It works amazing! I use it all the time

Baby lips definitely works. I used to not be able to ever wear makeup but now I can because of it. I have all the baby lips and ill wear them during the weekend and the Blake on every night.

Olive oil + honey + sugar scrub for your lips works MAGIC! :) Softens and smoothes.

So many tips!

I would add to those who say make your own DIY lip sugar scrub. ANY type of exfoliation on your lips - be it a sugar scrub or using a soft cloth or even a clean tooth brush - will help remove the dead skin from your lip.

My tip is this. Take a warm wet cloth and apply to your lip for several minutes to help soften the skin. Use some type of product to exfoliate your lips being gentle not to cause your lips to bleed. After apply some type of product with either a shea butter or oil and allow to penetrate the skin before removing any excess product. During the day continue to use a product with some type of "butter" (cocoa butter or shea butter) or oil and apply often. Also keep hydrated.

Use blistex (in the pot) before bed or when just relaxing at home. It will soften lips. After the dry skin is softened brush them with a toothbrush.

After I brush my teeth I take my toothbrush & exfoliate my lips. Then I apply my EOS lip balm.

fresh sugar lip balms are very moisturizing yet not sticky. I use it religiously as a primer for my OCC liptars that can be drying on the lips.

Aquaphor! It is something I cannot live without! It is super hydrating. Put it on your lips overnight and you will have super soft lips in the morning. You can buy it at any drugstore. :)

Honestly I use vitamin e oil based in a Chapstick. I get it at Sally's for .99 cents as I'm allergic to most chapsticks. Yay for lanolin allergies. I got horrible wind burn... Use it for two days soft supple lips.

I use the Eos lip balms. They are good but i like the Maybelline Baby Lips better! Quenched is my favourite and I use it before I use lip products

Sometimes your lips can get chapped when you're dehydrated as well. So make sure you're drinking enough water. It's good for everything !
