I want a highlighter from the drugstore that looks fresh and natural, and isn't totally sparkly. Any suggestions?

Loreal Magic Lumi Primer. It's definitely not a primer so I like to use it as a highlighter.

If you have oily skin, sometimes it's better to use a powder. So, instead of looking for a powder highlight, I just choose a pretty frosty eyeshadow. I think a good one by Maybelline is called... Champagne something. They're really easy to come across.

^^ i agree with Anjum C., great tip! i use Wet n' Wild Creme Brulee as a highlighter! its a single eyeshadow but perfect for highlighting, also Maybelline & L'oreal has a good liquid highlighter.
