How long is it when you have it on?
It's absolutely gorgeous! I would say keep the jewellery simple, some gold rings and a pair of gold ear rings, the earrings you could go a little bigger with but still kind of simple! I think that would be so classy with a sexy dress like that :)

The classic option is silver jewelry with red dress. I think you may wear hair up and comb with big sparkling silver earrings, maybe also a thin bracelet. I would skip the necklaces because of high neck line.
Another option will be to wear a bold statement necklace which follows the neckline of the dress, of an esmerald green/ royal blue/ purple and tiny earrings for a bold look:-)

Gold and red is such a beautiful and glamorous look, so I say definitely gold :)
I think a dark Smokey eye and a neutral lip would work really good with the dress :)
