Well dear I am suffering from the same and nothing seems to work... my doctor said its because of hormonal imbalance and you can't do nothing about it... but I am still fighting by using a DIY mask made of honey, cinnamon and pinch of nutmeg. mix to form a paste apply it. it will burn a little but can minimize the pimple..

Toothpaste applied to area can help, it's usually hormonal I.e when you're ovulating or near/on your period. Best advice though is to cleanse/tone/moisturise twice daily with products for your skin type. Michelle Phan does great skin care tutorials on youtube that can help also :)

I'm not positive, but just don't dry it out. It might get rid of it, but it's horrible for your skin in the long run. x

Typically breakout in this area are caused by touching the affected area with unwashed hands. I used to get it ALL the time. My mom would yell at me not to touch my face. You can try a stress control acne wash. That's what does the trick for me(: just don't touch your face and try to reduce stress and they're probably also hormonal so you could try talking to a dermatologist. Hope that helped!(:
