My hay is thin. Does anyone know any ideas for thicker more fuller hair. Please help!

You could throw some extensions in (: teasing your hair also adds the illusion of fuller more volumous hair, in my opinion.

I recommend a sprinkle of volumising powder in your roots many drugstore brands make then and quite inexpensive. Just give or a quick juzh up now and then!
