What are affordable online fashion stores similar in style to Asos, Tobi, Urban Outfitters, or Forever 21?

I'm looking for a good place to buy clothes online. I'm a Small in forever 21. About a 4 or 6 in pants size. I'm short, longer torso, 28 inseam. I've heard Tobi has bad quality and service so I'm worried to put in a substantial order with my 50% off, despite how beautiful their clothes look. Asos seems nice but a lot of their stuff is pricey. I LOVE their jewelry. I bought one of my fav pairs of earrings from them. If there are other places for jewelry similar to Asos especially I'd love to hear of them.
