Is the Covergirl 3 in 1 okay for dry skin? I have normal cheeks but my forehead and nose tend to get flaky :/

No. It's definitely for oily skin. It will most likely be cakey and flakey and probably won't look good. A good foundation for dry skin is benefit's oxygen WOW foundation

I have combo skin so I'm dry in some places and oily in others. I personally love the covergirl 3 in 1.
