I've tried two primers and I hated both of them, they made my skin more oily & my makeup clumpy. Any one know what I should do to fix this or other brands I could try out.

I can recommend one thing..sometimes primers are not suitable for all skins. In this case apply a serum (lumene or loreal - vitamin c from lumene and pink bottle from loreal). The serum is light in texture and evens out the skin. I personally do not use a primer and only apply serum. Plus serums are helpful to the skin in making the skin look more even and radiant.

Hourglass is really good primer. I think I've heard it helps with oily skin but it also works for my skin type. You could also try milk of magnesia.

Use a oil-free primer. Also when using, apply a very thin layer of it on the area you are more likely to get oily. (T-zone) Leave it 2-3 minutes to settle in the skin. Then apply foundation. Using a thick layer of primer will just sit on your skin and when you apply your foundation it will just glide off instead of staying put. Hope I helped:)

I have heard hourglass is amazing which I will be getting soon. I have used the smashbox is really good. I also use the loreal Blur oil free it is in the face care area at target it runs around 20 bucks a lil pricey but works amazing! I have also used Becca got it from sephora its super matifying but with this I use it on special ocassions lol bc its super pricey. I apply it in sections and quick bc it dries fast ;) ohh and the poreffesional by benefit I love too but its similar to the Blur one :) hope this was helpful.
