I applaud you for trying practice makes perfect even the professionals still practice:) invest in some pigmented eyeshadows and an eye primer to keep the eyeshadow all day as well invest in a wet n wilds liquid eyeliner it's amazing and only 3 dollars any more questions you can always post on my profile and I'll get back to you:) good luck and keep practicing

I don't really see the peacock inspiration, but that can go on the back burner. For practice it's not too terrible. I would clean up a tad more, apply the eyeliner a little closer to the lash line, and darken the color up a bit. The last one is more of a preference than constructive criticism, but whatever. Keep on practicing! :)
