Okay so my skin is really really oily and it hasn't been dry since I was about twelve.. but I can't seem to find the right cleanser, I use Eucerins green line (which is like a skincare line thats all green and made by dermatologists for oily skin) but it doesn't quite work for me. Do you know of any good cleansers or tips for keeping my skin nice and smooth and not like I've just sat in a steaming pot lol? Thank you xx

Try a salicylic acid cleanser like Neutrogena, and follow that with an oil free moisturizer, I love Aveeno and Neutrogena for that. The important thing to remember is that if you wash your skin and don't replenish the moisture, your skin will produce more oil to compensate. So don't forget to moisturize, it'll help keep the oil at bay :)

Personally I've found cleansing wipes very bad for my skin! Definitely remove your makeup with a proper makeup remover and always always moisturise like Hannah said. Some skin care lines designed for acne prone skin can be really drying which is so bad for oily skin. I use bobbi Brian's cleansing oil and the Vichy normaderm range - I especially love their pore refining toner. They've really helped me with my acne and oil , good luck!

Dermalogica also has a wonderful clay cleanser that I used to use. However, my oily skin has been the calmest when I use fewer products, so right now I'm using a very simple gel cleanser with fewer ingredients and oils at night.

I've been using oil as a daily moisturizer, and it really helps control the oil!! And I love the maybelline dream matte powders.

I have very oily skin, and my dermatologist gave me the Cetaphil Oil Control Foaming cleanser which really helped with my oil. Also as a primer I like to use Milk of Magnesia and I literally don't get oily at all. It's crazy. But you have to use very little or else it will show up white on your skin.

This is going to sound very stupid but lemon is suppose to help your skin when it's oily and if you have blackheads apply lemon and honey on it
