To remove them...try a dark spot corrector like Clinique, and wear SPF every day to prevent more. The only thing I can think of to completely remove them would be laser treatments, but I don't recommend those. Try a dark spot corrector for the long term and a full coverage foundation in the meantime :)

There's no way to get rid of them besides laser. They aren't dark spots so treatments like that won't work just like micro wouldn't work for it.

You can try to cover them with concealer and foundation but I think they're beautiful! Embrace them
