Loreal Infallible eyeshadow

I FINALLY picked up some of the Loreal Infallible eyeshadows. The colors are GORGEOUS!! But his do you guys apply them? With a brush or sponge tip applicator they look chalky ?? Help!!

I use my Mac 239 && 217 brush with them - they are so pigmented, it barely takes any at all to get a dramatic look

Thanks!! I don't know if its the brushes I have? When I search them they come out beautiful!! Maybe it's my eyelids and the primer I'm using?

I know I LOVE the ones I have and I want ALL the colors now!! They are so metallic- LOVE!! But I just need to get it to look that way on my eyes !!

I do have them all baha ulta had a buy 2 get 1 free sale awhile ago so I stocked up. With the holidays coming maybe they'll run it again I'd keep an eye out! I am so impressed by the staying power of the shadows.

If you're having a hard time with a brush use your finger. The key to using a brush is you really have to pack it on your lid and layer. You also need to use a really dense brush.

I think the pigmentation varies from color to color. I bought 2 a while back that looked beautiful if I used my finger to apply but barely showed up when I used brushes. with brushes I had to layer like crazy to get any color payoff.
