It looks like a veru bonzed face and a light brown smokey eye.. its probably just a bit of brown liner or eyeshadow smudged on the upper lashline. At least thats what it looks like to me :) love the look as well!!

Its hard when its in black and white haha. I don't even think shes wearing any eyeshadow, its a very natural look. it lookd like she tightlined her lashline, curled lashes, two coats mascara, and brown eyeliner on waterline. xx
