I love Hope in a Jar, my acne is much more manageable when I use it as my moisturizer. But I haven't had the extra money for a whole jar and my sample is almost gone.
Are there any products I could pick up that are comparable?

I think the Nuance by Salma Hayek AM/PM Super cream rivals higher end moisturizers. its what I currently use and I love it.

I never knew Salma Hayek had a skincare line. I may have to check that out. Thanks for the suggestion :) I know HIAJ isn't the end all be all of moisturizers but it works very well with my skin. I'm always curious to try other things though.

@Mary I'd ask her but she kind of already bought me an expensive early gift lol. She got me the vice palette. I'll be working more steadily soon so I'll have some to splurge :) I'd just like to have something similar that's a bit cheaper as a backup.

I know I feel like no one knows about her skin care line. they did no marketing for it and its a shame because it is EXCELLENT! its available only at CVS or CVS.com let me know if you like it :-)

CVS you say? Hmm there's one right down the road from me. I'll definitely have to check it out the next time I'm there. Right now I bought a Neutrogena Naturals moisturizer which seems to be doing a decent job but I'll more than likely switch it out for something else when I can.

@Dana I'll look into this as well. I doubt the scent will bother me, people always say that HIAJ smells like burnt plastic but for some reason I like it lol. My skin isn't super dry but I find when I use HIAJ with some of my other philosophy products it really helps to clear my face up nicely compared to some other moisturizers. The only area I would say is 'dry' on my face would be my cheeks and really they aren't dry so much as they just aren't oily like the rest of my face lol

Oh well that's perfect! Because your skin is fairly normal you should definitely look into this product. I hope it works out for you as well as it does me!

I'm still going to look into everyone's suggestions here, but I wanted to update and let you guys know I picked up some of the tea tree oil moisturizer from the body shop. I saw in another thread that it was good for oily skin and I work at a mall that has one so I picked some up today. Not quite HIAJ but its about the same size as the Clear Days Ahead stuff I usually get for $39 but was only $13. Definitely a much more suitable price tag!
