Cantalouope, grapefruit, apricots, carrots, broccoli, kale, pumpkin and eggs all are rich in vitimin A which is very good for your skin, makes it even toned and prevents breakouts :) Vitamin B (bananas, tuna, nuts, beans, there's more I just can't think of them all I'm sorry) also prevents breakouts and also thickens hair. vitamin c (citrus fruits + apples and sprouts and spineach) removes the appearence of scars and bruises. tuna and salmon contain vitamin d which is good for healthy looking teeth. fruit juices and spinach is very good for helping flakey skin. vitamin K (kale, spineach, sprouts, cabbage) remove the appearence of under eye circles. soybeans, walnuts, spineach, salmon, and tuna have omega 3 fatty acids which contributes to conditioned shiney hair. apples, citrus, green tea, soybeans, kale, and parsley are flavonoids, which improve quality of skin and give it a glowing appearence. xxx

Number one all the way is water. It will give you clear skin, healthy hair that will grow faster, strong fast-growing nails, more energy, all over healthy glow, etc. we humans need 6-8 glasses since our bodies are made up of 70% water. If you want all of this, go for ten. It's hard at first, but you can motivate yourself by investing in a nice water bottle like a camelbak and make a goal for how many times you fill it up each day. I hope this helps!!
