1 hour of daily exercise (combination of weight training and cardio). Diet is most important...more so than exercise in my opinion. Low fat diet focusing heavily on fresh fruit and vegetables and very little sugar (sugar converts to fat). Pastas need to extremely limited as well. I could go on and on but it will turn into a novel.

As for the thighs I am not sure, but just look up good exercises for slimmer thighs on pinterest too and I'm sure you'll find something, hope I helped:)

I know you all might think I'm looney tunes but I think love handles are sexy! I think a woman that's thick & healthy is so much more beautiful than some of the really skinny women (which I used to be & HATED it!!) When I finally gained some weight finally (due to a mix of middle age & my med) I felt SO much better about myself! Now I want my tummy flatter but I'm in love w/ my love handles! (They're called that for a reason!!)

No worries, Lisa..lol I don't diet..just eat as healthy as I can annnnnnd one day a week, eat what I please...and ice cream is quite pleasing. haha
