Why is my chin bruising?!

I have this pimple on my chin and it started bruising/throbbing BEFORE I even touched it. Now it hurts to talk or eat and I can't touch it because it hurts so bad! Help 😩😷

Sounds like cystic acne or an ingrown hair. I'd see a derm.

You know how sometimes pmples bleed when you squeeze them? Maybe that happened on its own and bled under the skin from you moving or sleeping on your chin? Idk if that makes sense but yea.
