Hi Lauren I think you should wear
-blush in a rosy pink color
-black mascara to make your eyes stand out
-foundation if you want ( it makes skin look smoother)
-pink tinted lip gloss
I don't know if you want to wear eyeshadow yet but if you do you should probably stick to light colors because you have fair medium skin tone.

I suggest mascara-(they're real by benefit or mega plush by maybeline) and some peach lips- (revelon lip butter peach parfait). honestly I think that's all you need right now.

Since you're just starting out, I'd keep it simple. Fill in your eyebrows, apply mascara, and apply concealer on blemishes and/or a tinted moisturizer depending on the coverage you feel you need. For all of this I'd suggest: a matte eyeshadow that corresponds with your eyebrow color (NYX has some matte eyeshadows that are only about $5), an angled brush, Physicians Formula Organic Wear Fake Out Mascara (around $10), and Hard Candy Glamoflauge concealer ($6) and/or Tare Amazonian Clay BB Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen ($36 and oh my god that is such a long name).
