I have extremely fair skin with a neutral undertone. As if it wasn't already hard enough for me to find a decent foundation that matches my skin color, I also have yet to find one that doesn't cling to my dry skin and enlarged pores. I have found two foundations that seem to match color wise, but I can't use them due to them being too drying (MUFE Mat Velvet+ and Kat Von D's Lock it Longwear). I have also swatched almost every single foundation in Sephora, Ulta, and Mac. Please, please help.

Do you use a primer and exfoliate? Have you tried Siberia NARS sheer glow? It has really nice neutral colors.

I use Laura Mercier's Hydrating Primer, as Jacqueline recommended. I have incredibly sensitive skin and on rare occasion, it slightly stings upon initial application. Most of the time it's delightful. Most evenings about the house and during sleep I apply Sweet Almond Oil to my face, neck and collarbone. It is remarkably soothing and hydrating. I also use a beauty blender when my skin is dry, which keeps flaking to a minimum. After applying foundation (fond of China Doll and MUFE ) I dab a bit of my favorite moisturizer on any dry areas..such as around my nose. I almost never powder, but if I do, I pat just a hint on whatever tiny area I need it on. Be sure to kick up your water intake and avoid using hot water while cleansing while the tender skin is dry. Warm with a cold rinse is my winter routine. I hope that helps, Angel.

Try the porefessional (I think that's how you spell it) primer from sephora. it's a primer so it will help with your foundation, and it's made specifically for large pores to help shrink them. also make sure you moisturize a lot, good luck!
