You can try mederma or bio oil in the particular area to lighten effect of these scars. how about trying glycolic peel? or microdermabrasion along with scar treatment. you can also invest in a clay mask. I use boots botanical clay mask.

Since I always have a spot or two around my chin, I've never been a candidate for micro! 😖 and yes, I use various masks from Mario Badescu. I may have to try boots out!!

For your spots try using a 5 percent benzoyl peroxide, from the look of it you don't have very many, this will help dry them up and kill the bacteria causing them in the first place. Also when your dermatologist told you to wash your face everyday, he / she should have told you that you should be using a gentle cleanser such as cetephile which is non comedegenic and ph balanced. Also be sure to moisturize with a non oily lotion every day. As for your scars, I don't think they are that bad at all, but if they do bug you consider going to see a cosmetic dermatologist or visit a medical aesthetic clinic like a plastic surgery clinic. There are so many options now a days for getting your skin as perfect as you want it, I had scars on my face too and I ended up getting them lasered it helped tremendously!

Have you tried organic coconut oil? It really helped me with all my skin problems and it made my skin look a lot more even and healthy looking.

I have always had issues with acne, especially on my chin. I bought the clarisonic Mia 2 about 6 months ago and it has helped tremendously. I use philosophy's clear days ahead cleanser with it. It really has worked wonders!

Because you're breaking out mainly on your chin it's hormonal. You could be taking a pill that isn't helping your hormones. Try playing around with the levels of testosterone and progesterone you're taking in the pill. As well make sure your pillows are washed regularly and your phone. Avoid touching your chin!

For my chin hormonal breakouts. I think baking soda helps with a good toner used on chin later.
