I would say a eye shadow palette but if you want a foundation I recomend urban decays naked and the dior palette.

I was on the same boat so I decided to buy the Naked 2 palette as well as the naked basics since I love eyeshadows :)

Okay well for the eyes (if you don't already have one which I think you do) haha get the nakeds! Look for the one that will compliment your skin tone, I would go with the Naked3 or maybe the Naked basics. You can also get the Vice palette from Lorac I literally use mine everyday lol.
For face depends on what you're looking for & your skin type...
But the ones I highly recommend are:
•MAC's studio fix
•UD naked foundation
•BareMinerals matte foundation
•Amazonian Clay foundation
For cheeks I recommend NARS orgasm
