I am not sure I haven't used it to be honest but maybe one or the other has more shade options. then the pump has control on product coming out of bottle. but I have seen lots of girls using the non pump bottle which is nice for contouring and highlight for cream contour. and there might be a bit of price difference maybe you should use which seems best. I would go for the non pump bottle.

In the States, the one with the pump is the True Match Lumi, as opposed to the regular True Match.

Ok , Sometimes manufacturers dicontinue or repackage items all time to make room for new packaging they pretty much are the same formula.

Yeah they're actually not the exact same Foundation, hence the name. One says "True Match Lumi" & the other "True Match" the Lumi gives kind of a glow & is a little different than the regular True Match :) they're just a bit different!

In the UK true match has a pump, in the US it doesn't. they both contain the same amount (30ml).

True match lumi also has a pump, but is neither of the two featured above, they are just the original true match foundations.
