this morning I woke up an this big rash was on my face. I have don nothing out of the ordinary but it's really annoying . please help

Drink lots of water, and DON'T SCRATCH if it's itchy. It could be an allergic reaction. And u just need to let it do it's thing. If it continues to bother you go see a doctor, that's the best thing to do, maybe it's time to go get allergy tests or something to see why this is happening

I've had my allergy tests and it doesn't itch it just feels really rough and think on my face but it's really red

Is it covered in tiny bumps? If so, it might still be an allergic reaction. I've gotten this type of rash many times at my boyfriend's house (he used a laundry detergent I'm allergic to). It really sucks! I just exfoliated it well and moisturized a lot and it went away within a day :)

I had a rash on my face a couple years back and my doctor thought it was a fungal thing??

You can use emu oil for that. It works wonders. Try to research its benefits ;)
