Omg I'm having the same problem right now, scrubs really don't work. You need something that you stick on then pull off (like pore strips because the black/white head will stick to it. Then when the strip is pulled off they go with it getting rid of all of it) so far I haven't found the best one yet but when I do I will let you know! Lol good luck

You need to first clean you face with a cleanser containing salicylic acid,then exfoliation helps keep your pores free of dibre,use a AHA or manual gentle scrub,you can also try using a retinol at night a pea size amount 3 times a week till your skin is use to it then moisturize.

You can't get rid of acne using a pore strip you need a good skincare routine,pore strips only pull out blackheads not whiteheads and they also leave you with enlarged pores if used to often.

Wash your pillow cases as often as you can and I add a little antiseptic in with them.
Never apply foundation directly onto your palm or fingers from the bottle
Be careful of products , I work with elle Bache and I was told that many people breakout because they strip there skin with products that are to harsh
It may be a hormone imbalance ask your doc :) :)

Christina doll whiteheads and blackheads are acne ,there just open and closed comedones (pimples) blackheads are just whiteheads that have a opening that air as gotten into so the oxygen has made the sebum turn black and harden I no you guys love the pores strips but they only really work around your nose area and on blackheads and the best treatment for this is salicylic and exfoliating hun I work with dermatologist and I have been a Esthetician for 8 years sweety I do what I'm talking about,and the title of this thread is Acne Help please !

I have adult acne and recently started to use Proactiv. It's helped much but I'm not seeing the results I'd really like to. I occasionally use Cetaphil to cleanser my face. It's about $8.00 at Wal-Mart. Great product.
